Men's Stroke Risk Assessment

Are you at risk of stroke? Rate youself. You can reduce your risk of stroke. Start by becoming aware of your risk factors - the personal characteristics and habits that increase your chances of having a stroke or heart disease. Some risks you can't change or control; some you can, by making a few changes in your daily habits.

Check all that apply to you. If you check two or more, see your doctor for a complete assessment of your risks.
